Description
The aroma is dominated by ripe berries, dried fruits and spicy woodiness, complemented by subtle coffee nuances. On the palate, the vermouth is velvety and full-bodied, offering an excellent balance between sweetness, acidity and herbal bitterness. The aftertaste is long, fruity and slightly balsamic, with pleasant spices and the warmth of the oak barrel.

Pairs well with: olives and salty nuts, aged Manchego cheese, spicy chorizo sausages, dark chocolate desserts.
