Bright light colour in the glass and fine, persistent bubbles. The aroma reveals ripe fruit and delicate berry nuances, alongside a fresh citrus note. The taste is dry and creamy in texture, with good acidity keeping the mouthfeel lively and the aftertaste clean and long.

Suitable for food

Oysters, shellfish, fried chicken, salmon tartare.
