Description

The aroma is dominated by blackcurrant, blueberry and wild berry jam, with cocoa, chocolate and a delicate peppery-spicy note. The taste is powerful and fleshy, the tannins are ripe and the texture is velvety and creamy. The aftertaste is long, leaving dark berry and toasted notes.

Suitable for food

Grilled beef steak, lamb dishes, duck fillet, mature hard cheeses.
