Description
The aroma is dominated by rose, cherry and spices, with a light licorice and dried herb note in the background. The taste is dry and structured: the tannin is powerful and the acid keeps the wine tense and food-friendly. The aftertaste is long, leaving shades of red berries, spices and dried herbs in the mouth.

Beef cheek in red wine sauce, lamb roast with rosemary, truffle paste, mature hard cheeses.
