Description

Blanc de Noirs du Courlat 2025 is a distinctive and vibrant white wine created by Domaines Bourotte-Audy, made from Merlot grapes pressed from the clay and limestone slopes of Courlat. Aromas of lemon, pear, and citrus nuances unfold. The wine is dry, rounded, and at the same time lively with acidity, combining the fullness of red fruit with the crisp minerality of white wine. The finish is clean, fruity, and pleasantly mineral.
