Description
The aroma is of white flowers, yellow fruits and a delicate hint of brioche and toastiness. The taste is precise and fresh, with fine bubbles and a creamy nuance that comes from the longer period of storage on the lees. The wine is made only from the first pressing of the berries, which gives the taste a clean line and an elegant, concentrated impression. The aftertaste is long, dry and slightly nutty, ending with fresh minerality.
