The production region is Friuli Colli Orientali DOC. The wine is made 100% of the Sauvignon grape. The grapes are harvested during the first week of September and then selected.

The fermentation process takes place in steel containers at strictly controlled temperature, which is 16°C. Bottled in February. The wine has 6 g of acids per litre, alcohol content 13%. The colour is vivid and glowing straw yellow with green notes. The aroma is typical for the Sauvignon grape, but with notes of sage, tomato leaves blended with yellow capsicum and melon. The flavour is complex, with nice long finish. We recommend trying it with lobster pasta, crab, salmon and salads. Also with cream soups, risottos and appetisers flavoured with aromatic herbs.
