The production region is Friuli Colli Orientali DOC. The wine is made 100% of the Ribolla Gialla grape, which is one of the most important indigenous varieties in the region of Friuli. The grapes are harvested during the first week of September and then selected.

The fermentation process takes place in steel containers at strictly controlled temperature, which is 16°C. Bottled in February. The wine has 5.8 g of acids per litre, alcohol content 13%. The colour is a golden yellow with slight green tones. The aroma is flowery, fruity. The flavour features acacia, yellow plum, peach and apple. The overall impression is pleasantly fresh, slight salty, elegant and with a lasting aftertaste. Excellent with vegetable appetisers, fried fish and soups.
