The winemakers of the well-known Prosecco area Colli Asolani have made a Prosecco especially for the Vinoteque VABRIK.

The wine has 100% of the Glera grape harvested at the beginning of September. Residual sugar content is 16 g/litre and acidity 5.5 g/l. Pale straw-yellow coloured, with a delicate, persistent foam and a fine-grained  perlage. It offers an intense, elegant aromatic bouquet with distinctive fruit notes that suggests a pleasantly fruity taste, almost dry.

The aroma has hints of apple, acacia and Mediterranean herbs. The aftertaste is extensive and elegant.
Perfect as an aperitif, also with fish dishes and vegetable pasta.
