Production region Friuli Colli Orientali DOC. A wine made 100% of the Pinot Nero grape. The grapes are harvested during the first week of September. The fermentation process takes place in steel containers, the wine also goes through malolactic fermentation.

The last ageing process takes place in the 25 hl French oak casks. The wine is bottled in February. This wine has 5.3 g of acids per litre, alcohol content 13.5%. The colour is ruby red. Typically of Pinot Nero, the aroma has hints of wild berries, cranberry and raspberry. The overall impression is full and velvety. Excellent with fattier meats, chicken and especially with very oily eel.
